Always having full batteries on the boat is a must these days due to the many electronic devices. Use the energy of water and convert it into electricity with our water generator from SWI-TEC. It has been providing sailors around the world with sufficient power for over 10 years.

When sailing, simply lower the generator into the water and electricity is produced and the batteries are charged.

Charging begins at speeds of 3-4 knots (depending on the type of vessel and the basic configuration of the propeller pitch) and varies by speed from 50 to 500 watts, depending on the battery condition.

Lifting mechanism:

• Stainless steel bracket with adjustable double segment, foldable upwards using a auxiliary line.

• Main body made of special plastic

Attention! It is possible to operate the Hydro Charger with lithium batteries, but always in consultation and with the permission of the battery manufacturer! In this case, a switching relay must always be installed between the Hydro Charger and the charge controller, otherwise our controller may be damaged!

Unfortunately, todays there is more and more pollution in the waters, and we would like to point this out to you, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee or accept liability for damage to the propeller and generator caused by overloading or impact, for example, by objects floating in the water such as ropes, fishing nets, plastic parts, containers, seaweed etc.!

Please note that we charge a bulky goods surcharge of 20,00€ (excl. VAT.) for this product due to the high transport volume!
